Dr. Erin Armstrong has dedicated her career to enhancing visual health and improving the quality of life for her patients. With a commitment to personalized care and cutting-edge technology, Dr. Armstrong strives to deliver exceptional eye care services and ensure every patient leaves with clear vision and a brighter outlook.
Dr. Armstrong’s journey in optometry began with a unique blend of interests and skills. She earned dual degrees in Biochemistry and Music in the Liberal Arts, with a minor in piano pedagogy, from Elon University. Returning to her hometown, she completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Missouri – St. Louis. During her time at UMSL, Dr. Armstrong demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. She served as Vice President of Beta Sigma Kappa - the National Optometric Honor Society - and acted as a Diversifying Optometry Program Liaison for the National Optometric Student Association. In addition, she contributed as a tutor and teaching assistant for various classes and labs. Her clinical expertise was recognized with awards in contact lens and ocular disease management.
Dr. Armstrong believes that every patient deserves a tailored approach to eye care. By combining a deep understanding of visual health with a genuine concern for each individual’s needs, Dr. Armstrong ensures that patients receive care that is both comprehensive and compassionate. When not in the office, Dr. Armstrong enjoys hiking, reading, and playing piano, which reflects her belief in a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
